Jon and his men did a great job of altering my front garden. The weather ranged from blistering hot to "lagging it down" but the lads carried on, finished the job and tidied up. And all for a great price. Cheers

Excellent, would definitely recommend. Jonathan came out and gave me a quote for some work to an attic bedroom on a house I rent out. I suspect some companies would have made it a bigger job than it actually was (I actually thought it was a bigger job than it was) however Jonathan was very honest and told me what work did actually need doing. I had a good feeling about them so whilst there I even asked if he could look at doing the landing and stairs too. Their decorator Nigel carried out the work and got it all finished in the time he said it would take and I was extremely happy with the finished job. I will definitely be using them again as they do a whole range of other trades too. My tenant is also very pleased with the work and has asked for their contact details as she also wants them to do some further work in the house.

Jonathan and his team did a really great job of our indian stone patio. They took the weird shape in their stride and didn't even moan when every tonne of sand and pallet of slabs had to be ferried through our narrow passageway to the back garden in a wheelbarrow. They fit us in between other jobs so that we could have our outdoor space transformed sooner. I've already asked for a quote on the next project!

Jonathan and his team have done a great job laying patio and replacement pathway/steps. Happy to keep his details for future projects. Always kept us informed of costs and timescales.

Two words. Excellent Job!!! In the end we replaced both the original decking and patio with decking throughout. John and his team were excellent from start to finish. It was a big space to cover but was completed in 7 days. The end product is of a very high standard and we are delighted with our new decking. We have no hesitation in recommending John and his team.

Under the circumstances (Coronavirus 19 ) Yorkshire Building Innovation worked very well it took more time to finish my alterations due to keeping Social distancing all the working team where pleasant and friendly and all did a good job I would recommend them to work on any building work when they had done the work they made sure that they left the property clean and tidy

Jonathan did a great job of re-felting our shed roof, good communication, arrived when promised and tidied up after himself. Happy with the job and would recommend.
