I must admit that I was sceptical that Jason could do what he claimed to be able to do: quickly produce the necessary drawings without actually visiting my property, thereby undercutting many of his competitors. The feedback on MyBuilder all seemed a little too good to be true! Managing to speak to one of his former customers (thanks, Dee!) set my mind at rest, though. As for the work itself: within half a day, Jason had produced an outline ground floor plan based on nothing more than the four photos I'd emailed him; within 24 hours he'd converted this into a workable detailed plan and front elevation using the handful of measurements that I'd given him; and within 72 hours (despite working over the weekend) had pulled them together into, and submitted on our behalf, a full planning application. Jason makes his living through high-volume  (c.5 applications per week) but nevertheless high-quality work, putting years of experience of the planning process to efficient use. Provided you don't find this off-putting, you can rest assured that Jason is the draftsperson for you!

Jason was very fast to respond, understanding that I needed my plans drawing aspa as I am soon to go on honeymoon. His communication was second to none, very informative and was able to answer all my questions. Upon posting the job Jason was brilliant kept constantly in touch and I would hesitate in recommending him to family and friends everything was done quickly drawing drawn and sent to council just waiting for them to agree now thanks again Jason sorry for the delay in feedback

Jason has been fantastic helping us design our garage conversation and rear sunroom extention. He has communicated throughout and in the space of 4 days, managed to visit us, take photos of the property, respond to numerous emails from myself and complete the drawings. Highly recommended. Jason was in touch the same day I made the initial enquiry and visited us the next day. Within a few hours of his site visit we had an initial set of drawings for us to inspect and give our opinions. We asked several questions which were quickly answered and we now have a set of finished construction drawings to use for builders quotations. 3 working days from initial contact to final drawings. Very very happy with the service we've received from Jason. Jason was quick and efficient in agreeing a price and getting our plans ready. We had a lot of reservations about using a company from the internet - but Jason removed all our reservations. Jason was always available by phone and email and thankfully our planning permission was granted today - although it had previously been refused.
