    Garage conversion

    Good work, reliable and punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable and nicely followed up on the job with helpful advice when I was undecided. Took my ideas on board and also made good suggestions from his own expertise and experience, which is highly appreciated. Only thing the plans have still got to be submitted to council, which is my fault as have not yet decided on a builder and in general family indecision yet, so its not quite finished.

    single story kitchen extension

    I was really impressed with Jason. he was very insightful and prompt. we had our complete drawings in 3 days and he was open to any changes. he was also upfront with his pricing and very reasonable. would definitely recommend/use again.

    2 storey extension

    Jason has help complete the drawings I have required at an a exceptional standard and speedy return. He has responded to every question I have asked and provided a great service. I would recommend Jason to undertake any building needs you require.

    Drawings for planning permission for 2 storey extension

    Very impressed. Jason's initial contact let me know exactly how much it would cost as well as the timescale. Once he started work the communication was fantastic and he submitted the plans directly to the Local Authority in a week from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Single storey extension

    Jason was quick to respond to my project post. He explained his role clearly and was extremely helpful in moving forward, listening to our ideas and enhancing them. Throughout Jason was professional and efficient - we would definitely recommend him.

    Hi. I am after an architect to design, and complete a planning application for a 2 storey side extension. My dwelling at present is a 2 bed modern semi detached, with a side garage. At the side of the garage is front garden, which is redundant to our use. We would be looking at removing the existing garage, building the 2 storey extension, and then adding the garage onto the side of the new extension. Our direct neighbours have no windows on this elevation and the side of the garage would be approx 3 metres from there external wall (their driveway would separate their house to our garage). The neighbours behind are approx 30m away, with the proposed extension not affecting them through loss of light or privacy. We would be open to various other ideas, on how to incorporate this redundant front garden, whilst also trying to enlarge our home. Many Thanks Simon

    Single storey extension and ground floor alterations

    Jason was fantastic from start to finish, no alteration to the plans was too much for him. He worked very efficiently and produced a very detailed drawing for our extension. We wouldn’t hesitate in employing him again for future works.

    Residential two storey side extension

    Unbelievably quick to respond with a quote and continued to be very prompt at replying to any amount of queries I had. He came to visit, made measurements and got a feel for what we were after with an outline drawing done that evening! Not being 100% on how we wanted the layout Jason created a couple more drawings for comparison which was great. A couple of redraws later we were happy to submit for planning approval which was all dealt with by Jason. He worked closely with us and our local authority gaining concessions in our favour from the Council’s counter proposals, working hard to get us the build we wanted. I lost count of how many times I asked for the plans to be redrawn and tweaked and each time they came back incredibly fast and with no fuss. And all this done for the price originally quoted. Fantastic service throughout. I would absolutely use his services again for any future projects.
