Did the design and planning application very efficiently and in a short timeframe - recommended.

Jason the architect was very helpful, although he wasn't able to visit us because of lockdown restrictions we sent him photographs and measurements and he came back with some excellent drawings for us at a reasonable price,fast and efficient, highly recommended

Jason has been absolutely excellent from start to finish. I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours for a reply and he’s happily helped me with any queries I have had. From instructing to a site visit to our drawings and then submitting our planning only took about a week- beyond quick! Great service for a great price, I will be recommending him.

I would use again and would highly recommend his services.

Highly recommend Jason & Matthew of Yarm Architectural Design. They undertook our job to draw up some outline plans for a residential side and rear extension and guided us through the process. They answered any questions that the planning authority had along the way but kept us in the loop at the same time. They were quick to respond to any questions - even potentially stupid novice ones! Jason was easy to talk to and took time to listen to our thoughts and gave us good suggestions during the initial design process helping us to form ideas for the extension. Yarm were excellent value - and we will likely use them for the next phase of the design process. Thanks Jason & Matthew - great job.

Jason and his team dealt with my garage conversion quickly and efficiently. I would recommend to anyone who needs help with drawings and getting through planning etc. I would definitely use their services again in the future. 5 stars

I was waiting for the plans to be approved by the council before submitting my review, but as the Covid-19 is delaying their approval, thought it best to respond with everything so far (I'm not expecting council to object though, as it is all permitted development). I have no hesitation in recommending Jason Bates of Yarm (or his partner Jason McArdie, who did the structural calculations for the steel work). Jason (& Jason) both attended site at short notice and produced the plan in a matter of days, with comms over email and without any delays. I was able to document the changes on the PDF drawings and Jason turned these around very quickly (considering it was the Xmas/New Year break). Jason McArdie produced the steel works and worked with Jason (Bates) on a minor change to the plan as a result of a minor structural change and these were done within days (if not hours). The price for the plans and the structural calcs were very competitive and I have already recommended Yarm to others seeking building plans. Jason also helped with my submission of the plans to east staffs council, which helped me immensely and avoided me putting through an incorrect submission.
