A very good person with good sense of humour , however despite agreed many dates he could not attend the job and left me hanging for 4-6 weeks to replace and renovate my son bathroom leaving him with out facility for very longtime. I feel sorry for him as he seems to be struggling with his health as well and did say that he is thinking about retirement so I wish him good luck ..: however I would have appreciated for regular update or any update so as I look for another person .

Turned up on time, cracked on with the job with no problems and made sure everything was working before leaving!

Chris was flexible in when he could come out to assess the requirements of the job. He arrived promptly, was very pleasant and professional and arranged an appropriate time for the work to be completed at a reasonable price. His colleague arrived on time two days later and again was extremely pleasant and professional, knowledgeable and good at his craft. System drained, radiator replaced in no time and all back to normal. Great job all round and will definitely use again for all of my plumbing needs.

Fixed the leak problem . Lads were prompt to respond and did a great job and left no mess despite having to remove plasterboard and floorboards . All back to how it was - no need to hire decorators! Recommend to all

Work carried out fast and efficiently. Plumber was polite and friendly. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

quick response from initial request and work done a couple of days later. Radiator replaced and shower replaced (and now working!)

Prompt response to our request and came the day after to quote. Gave us the price the same evening and gave us confidence that he would do a good job at a fair price. Gave us a date and commenced work on that date. He and the two lads did everything as agreed within the time frame. Good quality workmanship and prepared to go the extra mile if required. Good sense of humour and prepared to interact as required. Chris was always on hand to answer any queries and always text/phones back as and when required.
