Very quick to respond, was given my options and he came around to complete the work within days. Very impressed

Chris responded to my job being posted within 15 minutes, and came round to take a look less than 3 hours later. As soon as we met I knew we would hit it off. He is so easy to talk to and clearly very knowledgable. I thought that having to remove an entire water tank and replace a soaking wet loft floor would be a daunting prospect, but Chris was not phased at all. He knew exactly what to do and the job was done within 2 days. I also asked him for a new tank insulation jacket. He insisted on coming back to fit it for me for no extra charge, even though he is clearly a busy guy, and I had said he could just leave the jacket with me and I would fit it myself. He is honest as well. Another tradesman, (not from ‘My Builder’) had told me that my central heating water pump was wearing out, but when I asked Chris to have a look he said it was fine. He could very easily have said it needed replacing and I would have been none the wiser. I would not hesitate to give Chris another call if I ever need more plumbing work done. If he should ever respond to your job, I strongly recommend you contact him.

Posted on my builder as required toilet flush to be fixed as toilet would not flush at all. Contacted by Chris at MK plumbing within 3 minutes and he arrived within 10 minutes. Great communication throughout, quick and efficient service not overpriced and would highly recommend. A+
