Happy with the service from Andrew and his colleague, who got our hot water and heating back up and running without fuss.

Andrew was early, sorted out the three problems very quickly and had a professional and approachable attitude. He explained everything that needed to be done before he did it. I will hire him again for any gas related work and I would recommend him to family and friends. Andrew was quick but through. He left no mess. Andrew knows his stuff

Very polite and courteous, professional, knowledgeable and non pushy. The job couldn’t be completed because of my old bath but they informed me of solutions to the problem and made sure I understood. They gave me options for further work but didn’t try to push me into making a decision. Would definitely use them again!

Andrew and his colleague were polite and professional. They arrived on time having kept us informed about their progress on the way here. They were available the same day (evening) that we put our job out, which was a big plus. They worked efficiently to sort out our problem which meant we were only charged 1 hour’s labour. Their pricing was up-front, honest and fair and they were knowledgable and informative. They also discovered a leak inside the boiler which shouldn’t be there because it’s relatively new, and advised us how best to approach the manufacturer as this ought to be covered by their warranty, when they could have just tried to sell us more work. Very nice guys; we’ve kept their number and would use them again and will recommend them to friends.
