Excellent service from Michael, he was very clear about the work he was going to do and how he was going to do it, giving me opportunities to think about whether I wanted him to continue , he got on with his job very quickly and efficiently, cleared up after himself ( and was nice to my dog!) he’s coming back to do another job, I would recommend him highly.

Happy with the job. Would have preferred more care with covid-19 safety measures but other than that would recommend.

Michael reacted promptly to my job posting. First he phoned to me about what he believed the cause of the issue was, but was also willing to pop in and examine the shower and wiring before giving a very reasonable quote. He offered to get me a new shower unit and let me choose from different brands and models as I was very particular about the desired appearance. A couple of days later he came again to install the new product and did a fantastic job. The shower looks stunning, it is affixed to the wall neatly, no markings from removing the old unit. And what's most important, it provides hell of a hot water even in the first half of the dial range. Michael proved to be inteligent, polite and very knowledgeable. I will definitely consider him for any future electrical jobs.
