The pop-up plug in my wash hand basin was stuck solid slightly below its proper "down" position and could not be removed from above. Scott came to investigate, removed the U bend and tackled the problem from underneath. The culprit soon popped out. Scott noticed that the plastic pipes were a fraction too long for everything to be refitted properly so he trimmed the pipes slightly and fitted a new 90 degree bend. He worked in a clean, tidy, polite, patient manner and did the business. That's the bottom line!
