    Flush heating system, 11+ rads need a good clean out.
    To Power Flush 16 radiators, made worse. When they left, the 2 rad’s originally not working, were still not working & a few of the others that were getting hot before were now barely lukewarm. I advised of this & told might need another flush &/or other work (assumed wanted me to pay for this!) After they had gone I checked my magnaclean (I had cleaned before the flush) it was absolutely full of muck. Following morning I removed 1 radiator that was now worse than before, flushed with hose, thick black water with lots of sediment came out, took me 20 minutes to run clear, I can understand water might get black quick but this was horrible. Having lost faith I asked others to come & quote. They were surprised the flush did not help, explained the process, how they change the water in the machine after each radiator etc. I then realised the water had never been drained or changed, I know this as no drains ever opened & I was around all day, the machine never moved & no where else to put the dirty water. So effectively filthy water was getting dirtier & dirtier & being flushed round my system, I guess explains why heating worse now. I hate to think what was going through the boiler, the magnaclean I hope picked up most but it was so overloaded. In the end I have drained & refilled many times, have run some x800 through & its back to how it was before. So paid lot of money for something actually worse than doing nothing. Have messaged a few times since but no reply.

    Hi Gregory We powerflushed your system and was one of the worst we had seen It needed another days flush to get this working properly We was in contact I advised you to use the 800 and run it through. We was more then happy to come back but the job was bigger then first thought due to the level of sludge in your system. Which we did tell you 1 hour in. We offered you half price on the flush for day two and you refused and took upon work yourself. Sorry we couldn’t come to a agreement but bottom line is you needed a further works (2 day flush ) Many thanks Adam

    Leak
    Adam came the same day and sorted out the leak in no time. Really happy how quickly it was sorted with no hassle.

    Replacement radiator
    Adam arrived on the agreed date and carried out the work as specified . I was very happy with his work and he left the area clean and tidy. I will definitely use White Knight again.

    Leaking from sink drainage interior
    Only a small job for a professional plumber. Two Very nice gentleman, did the work with no mess. If ever I have a large pluming. I have kept their number.

    Radiator Removal/Refit
    On time and very polite. Did a great job of removing a couple of radiators in no time at all. Will be using again to refit them after some work on the house carried out. Would thoroughly recommend 👍🏻
