Very quick in responding to quote request, offered to go out and fix same day which is what he did, happy tennants, good price, efficient, will use again.

Chris came out on a day's notice to look at a leaking kitchen sink. He arrived early and was extremely polite and pleasant. We already knew it wasn't simply a leaking joint, as another tradesman (who was there to do another job) had advised that the upper part of the sink drain was likely to need replacing. Chris agreed with this assessment, but I explained to him that we were thinking of upgrading the whole kitchen in the near future, and therefore did not want to spend too much to repair the existing sink. Chris therefore sealed the leak, warning me that it was only temporary and would only last a few weeks. He charged me a very small amount, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. It's not a full repair, but is exactly what we wanted the under the circumstances, demonstrating a flexibilty and customer service you don't always find. I have used him before and would not hesitate to recommend him for similar jobs.
