Wade came out promptly on a Sunday to give a free quote for the job in hand. He was polite and well mannered and assessed the situation to our damaged hot water pipe. The part was not standard as it was an old system but Wade sourced it without any fuss. He arrived at our property to fix the problem 15 mins early on the agreed day and completed the job to a high standard and at a very competitive price; the price which had been initially quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wade or to use his services again.
