Did a good job on time and as quoted. Would use them again.

The leak was very minor, and could not immediately be traced. He advised me to take no action at present other than preventing the leak doing any damage, and did not charge me for his advice. While I would have preferred the problem being fixed permanently, I appreciate that he made no charge for his visit.

Waterford Plumbing responded to the advert within an hour, emails were exchanged and a quote was given along with an estimate of the problem. The part was purchased the next day and the day after it was installed. The system was checked, and I was invited to walk around to check that everything was working okay before they left. An invoice was sent for the amount quoted. I would recommend them and use them again.

Ross came to do the work despite my tardiness in confirming the appointment, did the check and sent the certificate before sending the invoice! Excellent service to an HMO landlord. Will definitely book him again.

Arrived on time, quickly assessed the work scope, replaced our Central heating pump. Friendly, polite, got to work straight away, two older valves were replaced at no extra charge. Highly Recommend. Will use again.
