We needed pipes chased into the walls and radiators removed. Rob was great responded quickly answering all our questions to give us peace of mind. Came on time, very helpful and professional. Ross did a great job overall. Good communication throughout and happy to quote on adjusted job spec which involved moving more radiators. Not phased by the job which turned out to be a little more complicated than expected. Worked hard throughout the day and to a high standard. Gave a 3 hour time slot when I booked and a 30 minute warning when they were on their way so I didn’t have to unnecessarily wait in. Very professional and helpful, will hire again
