Excellent! No-nonsense, polite, efficient and friendly, Ross came early, did his job quietly (even though there were complications), showed me how everything works before leaving. It was the first time I'd called Waterford, would happily use again.

Very pleased with the work - he was very pleasant (even my dog liked him!) and arrived at the arranged time. He made a good job of it and showed me how to operate the new unit. He made no mess and took all the rubbish away with him. The final bill was exactly as per his quote and I would definitely use him again for any plumbing needs.

Ross came to disconnect a shower for me. Really pleased with the work and the quick turnaround time and a really friendly service. Will be using again will definitely recommend.

Great job. Took the trouble to balance the whole central heating system in addition to fitting a new radiator at no extra cost resulting in much better heat distribution. Very professional, friendly and excellent value.

Ross arrived exactly at the time he said he would come. He changed my kitchen tap quickly and without fuss and left the space immaculately clean. He even took the old tap away for disposal. He also charged a very reasonable fee. I would definitely call him for any future work I might have. So professional!
