Ross was brilliant to work with from start to finish and the resulting job is fantastic. Good communications, set expectations (which were exceeded) and a really nice guy. I would strongly recommend.

Good communication and service from Ross, provided a competitive quote, explained the process in installing the 2 column radiators (plus removal of old convector radiators) and kept me informed as to the time he'd be on 'site'. Would recommend and use again.

Ross (Waterford Plumbing) was very competent and friendly, what was a simple-ish task turned lengthy and difficult, Ross stayed and saw the job through to completion over the originally agreed time, through no extra expense to myself. Very happy with the fitting and looking forward to seeing Ross again in the near future for other related jobs.
