Ross was amazing! Really understanding and patient. Explained us really well whats needed. Came over second sorted all serviced. Will definitely recommend. Really easy to deal from start to finish.

Waterford were quick to answer, helpful, provided a great service and dealt with the problem without wasting time. Using his knowledge and experience, he was able to fix the issue and get our boiler working again in no time, at his quoted price. Highly recommend and will use again

He was brilliant from start to finish. He attended a customer of ours and went above and beyond even with the back and forth between him, us and the customer. He is friendly and knowledgable. We will be hiring again and we would highly recommend to others as well!

I would highly recommend Waterford Plumbing especially Ross, he is hard working, polite, and provides you with ETA's, also very impressed with the cleaning up after themselves, and the removing of shoes before entering the house. Our original job, turned into a new boiler as we had a leaking water cylinder that would of burst within a few weeks. Was given a very reasonable quote. In the end our house turned in to the house of horrors, but Ross work really hard to solve the problem. Can't thank him enough, and for putting up with our dogs that are very excitable.
