Easy to deal with and had the job quoted for and booked in within a couple of days. Had a small issue with the roof but I rang John and the lads we're back within 15 minutes of me calling to sort it. Will definitely use again, cheers.

John was very friendly and professional, the lads worked hard all day to replace the valley and rotten joist, showed me pictures of the work and made sure everything was cleared and swept afterwards. Kept to the price quoted so no nasty surprises! Had rain since repaired and all nice and dry so far!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Got a quote of john for gutters facias and sofits £2200 he also quoted £550 to lift clean and re bed my ridge tiles. After completing my roofline he told me my roof was knackered and it would be pointless doing the tiles without addressing the slate problem which was nail fatigue (all my eve slates were loose) at an additional cost of £650. The following day his men arrived lifted the first 2 tiles replaced my hip irons and pointed the rest of my ridge tiles which i definitely didn't want they replaced 2 slates and left john then contacted me for the remainder of his money (i paid £2000 cash on completion of guttering) i wasn't willing to pay the rest until i could see the end results. That evening johns man returned to my home and said he had completed the job all ridge tiles had been lifted and re beded and my slates had been secured (with silicone) which wasn't the case My gutters now leak and im awaiting another independent roofer to health check my roof. All accusations are backed up by either photographic or video evidence. So beware warmseal

Warmseal did a very good job. I appreciate the fact that they went the extra mile to meet our requirements despite the non-standard products we wanted to be fitted. Also, they were willing and able to add to our requirements at short notice

John and his team have done an excellent job replacing our fascia boards, gutters and downspouts and repointing the chimney. They were very professional and the work is of a very high standard. The price quoted was just what we have paid. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering having work done on their roof. All I all a first class job.

Great service from John and his team. Original job was to replace garage roof facias and guttering. Having seen the work completed, I asked him to replace dorma roof , very happy with work done. Efficient and clean and tidy. Polite and friendly. Will employ again in the future.

John is straightforward, easy to deal with, he did exactly what he said he would do, and when he said he would do it. Would recommend.
