Loft conversion. Insulated roof space, boarded rafters, taped, filled and painted. Created high class shelving units around perimeter of roof space that were tapered in depth according to pitch of roof. Formed framed divides with access paneling to hide all plumbing and electrics. Loft safety rail.
Please believe someone who vowed never to let another workman next nor near my property after years of heartbreak with work paid for and having to repay for it to be corrected - this man is a true professional, he takes great pride in his work and takes great interest in all ideas for the job, he is also very careful and tidy when working, is reliable and completely trustworthy will only ever wait for this man when more work to be done. I had a loft converted to a dressing / storage room - part of loft had been added with the extension to the property and I am grateful that Lee Warden was the one to work up there as I do not know how long the extended part of the roof and loft would have lasted it had been so badly and unsafely finished but he just got the appropriate parts that were needed and saw to it with no fuss or bother and yes it was on time and well within my budget. Now I have a beautiful loft/dressing/storage room with wardrobes/drawers/shelves etc.
