Turned up said the price quoted was for cash (against MyBuilder policy and illegal) Part way through job the roofer sadly fell off roof. I don't think he should have been doing ladder work. There are now more leaks than before and they have refused to come out and rectify the problems. Said if they come out it would be chargeable.Answer from tradesperson:
The job was asked to clean gutters out . Then when half way through changed it to inside and outside of guttering and fascia and soffits, carried out the job and told customer that the old ogee guttering which is obsolete now was leaking in a couple of places advised that we had sealed it with silicone but told them that it was a good Will gesture and if problems persist then they will need to replace it Do more than quoted and still not happy
