William and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. Prompt diagnosis of the problem which turned out to be quite extensive. He showed me photographs and explained what was required. Fair quote. The job itself was completed efficiently by the team over a weekend. The team were very friendly and polite. I will recommend them.

We had a leak in our roof that urgently needed sorting and the team from W Hartley were great. They came round and assessed the job and gave us a good quote for the work, detailing the issues. They were able to start the work really quickly and were all done in a day, cleaning up any rubbish before they left. They actually noticed a couple of other issues that needed sorting and showed us pictures/video of them so we were reassured the work was necessary so, while to job cost a bit more than originally quoted we are very happy with the result. Would recommend.
