I was very satisfied with the service provided by Messrs W Hartley. I was kept informed of all aspects of the procedure and was impressed with the attitude of the team who actually carried out the work. The senior site operative had a very positive manner, and reported the possible necessity of additional works, without exerting any pressure for an instant decision, and we were also provided with photographs showing these works.

William and his team turned up on time to carry out our roofing work as agreed.  I found the team to be reliable, polite, hard working, clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending W Hartley Ltd. A comprehensive survey of the work needed was carried before production of a quotation which was received the same day. Work was started promptly on the agreed date even though the weather conditions were poor. The team worked hard in these difficult conditions and provided a quality installation which we are more than happy with. The site was keep tidy and all off cuts and waste materials were removed. The team were extremely polite and answered and thoroughly explained any queries I had. It was clear that they have pride in their work and wanted to provide a quality job. Thank you Willie and team. I will definitely look at using W Hartley again for any building work I have.

Had a carport roof renewed absolutely brilliant job done, extremely pleased with it whilst the builders were with us we discussed problems we were having with trying to get a previous builder," not Hartleys " to come back and finish a job for us the completion of Guttering and finishing the front door off for us which looked an eye sore After having the front door sorted we also decided to have a new roof to our bay window done after discussion brilliant price for all the work done, extremely professional in their attitude and most important according to my wife extremely tidy didn't leave any mess my wife asked for business cards to pass on and she doesn't do this very often would highly recommend Hartley thank you alan and bev haywood ilkeston
