Willie arranged an appointment to assess the work and arrived bang on time. Quickly provided a quotation and agreed to do the work within days. On the arranged date the team turned up on time and began work. Although they didnt finish on new years eve a guy came back to finish all the work on new years day. You cant ask for a better service and work. Good quality finish, would definitely recommend

William phoned me within minutes of being put on my shortlist for the job. After discussing possible solutions on the phone, he came to look at the job with one of his team, listened carefully to what I wanted, and came up with a solution that fulfilled my requirements. Work started within a week and William himself attended on the second day to ensure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. My thanks to William and his team for solving my leaking barn roof problem!

All gutters replaced and work done promptly to a high standard. Having had wet weather recently, I've already noticed the improvement this work has made to the damp problem. I'm very pleased with the job done and would highly recommend W Hartley.

Quick and tidy ...,.............

Very good service. Builders arrived at specified time and carried out the loft insulation efficiently and cleared up at the end. Friendly team and happy to recommend them.

Great! Punctual and delivered the job as promised.

Great quality job, recommended. The price provided was competitive and I felt, for the work done, a good price. There's a warmth to William that I find some other tradesmen lack, with them being quite cold, so I appreciated that William carried himself in a way that made me feel invited. Hope to hire your services in the future and will recommend to people!
