Willie arranged an appointment to assess the work and arrived bang on time. Quickly provided a quotation and agreed to do the work within days. On the arranged date the team turned up on time and began work. Although they didnt finish on new years eve a guy came back to finish all the work on new years day. You cant ask for a better service and work. Good quality finish, would definitely recommend

William phoned me within minutes of being put on my shortlist for the job. After discussing possible solutions on the phone, he came to look at the job with one of his team, listened carefully to what I wanted, and came up with a solution that fulfilled my requirements. Work started within a week and William himself attended on the second day to ensure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. All gutters replaced and work done promptly to a high standard. Having had wet weather recently, I've already noticed the improvement this work has made to the damp problem. I'm very pleased with the job done and would highly recommend W Hartley.

Willie was prompt to reply to my query and came out to see what was needed for the job. Willie have a competitive quote and was in constant contact when sorting the job. Willie said he would ring me later in the week to sort the repair but it would be weather dependant (roof repair). The next day Willie rang, gave me a time of arrival and explained how long the job would take. Willie arrived on time with Keith, did the repair and explained some things to me with the roof. They cleared away all the rubbish and left the area as it was found. Prompt, clean and effective from the start, no hard sell, price given for what was needed and the price stuck too.
