I’m not sure what you are leaving a negative review for? We fitted the new fibreglass flat roof to your dormer which is perfect, you also asked for new fascia boards and cladding to the sides. We fitted this and all looked good. Unfortunately your window would not open because it caught the lip of the fascia board. I sent my lads out and they cut the lip of the board to get window to open. Because it was late in the day they had no materials to change it. Come back out again following day and took fascia boards off and fitted new board with no lip on it because the window was catching the timber board already and I shaved a bit off the original timber board to allow window to open . Customer never told me window already caught the timber board so I never knew about it until told after finished the window won’t open. Came back out next day to investigate and then again following day to change boards. Not sure how this is insulting. The work is a top notch job and I’ve already come back twice to get it to your satisfaction. Not sure what else I can do . Sorry you feel like this but if you would like to actually say what you are unhappy about I will do my best to correct it.
