We had a roof leak that only happened in severe weather/storms. William said what the problem was, quoted and said that all their work is guaranteed, and if there are any problems, they'll sort it. I paid for the work and then for the room to be redecorated. Another storm came, and the same leak was still there. I was annoyed as I had paid for the repair and for it to be painted, but they said they'd be over to look. However, instead of just putting it right, they tried to charge me more money for the same repair! So much for guaranteeing their work. He even tried to make out that it was a new problem in the exact same spot. Needless to say, we declined and will try to get someone with more integrity. Their “guarantee” means absolutely nothing.
