W HARTLEY LIMITED reviews (596)

William and his team did a brilliant job of fixing my father's Park Home roof. They fitted me in very quickly and there was great communication via video message and photos of the completed works. Would highly recommend

From the beginning William & his team were excellent. He came measured up gave quote & a week later the job is finished. They were very polite & professional, all rubbish taken away. Would highly recommend William Hartley & his team

Great service, the team was professional, knowledgeable and polite. Made quick work of the roof, which now looks amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We had a roof leak that only happened in severe weather/storms. William said what the problem was, quoted and said that all their work is guaranteed, and if there are any problems, they'll sort it. I paid for the work and then for the room to be redecorated. Another storm came, and the same leak was still there. I was annoyed as I had paid for the repair and for it to be painted, but they said they'd be over to look. However, instead of just putting it right, they tried to charge me more money for the same repair! So much for guaranteeing their work. He even tried to make out that it was a new problem in the exact same spot. Needless to say, we declined and will try to get someone with more integrity. Their “guarantee” means absolutely nothing.

Professional and prompt. Very happy with the work on my roof. Thanks to Richard and the team at W Hartley Ltd. Ben
