we had a leak in the corner of our bathroom which we asked W Hartley to quote for. Very professional & competitive they came out inspected, quoted & carried repair work out a few days later, unfortunately we were not home on the repair day but they photographed the job step by step and sent this through to me. will definitely be using W Hartley's in the future for all our roofing requirements. TOP CLASS SERVICE !!!

Richard was quick to respond and contact me. Visited today and completed the tile replacement. Also cleaned my guttering out whilst he was here. Would recommend.

Came and got the loft sorted took about 2hours from start to finish I looked up into the loft fine job then the chap in the loft started to tell us about things in our loft was not right 1 there was a hole in the roof space on the opposite side and on the apex of the roof was not right said they would be in touch but have not the problem I’ve got is the on the apex it wasn’t like that before they got here so I’m not sure what is going on? Thanks

The team diagnosed the problem with the water ingress correctly, which was not through the fascia as we had thought, quoted to replace the flat roof and carried out the work within the week. The team members were very efficient and worked extremely hard on the task. While at the property William drew attention to the ridge of the main house as in need of replacement, and this was absolutely right since the ridge tiles were removed in less than fifteen minutes when we agreed to have this job done too. We would totally recommend this company.

We are very pleased with work. The guttering over the porch was replaced with improvement to appearance. The main job was to re route the downpipe water carrying overflow from the roof. The original replaced pipework was not flush to wall but was adjusted willingly when requested. They knew their trade and would hire again.

I contacted W Hartley Ltd Roofing Building to insulate my kitchen roof and after a visit from Mr Hartley to look at the job I agreed for the work to go ahead, A couple of days later a workforce of two arrived to start work on the kitchen roof and soon realized more work was needed, after making the appropriate changes to the job they started work, I have to say at this point that both workers were very competent and treated me with respect ( a refreshing change these days ) they were very proficient at their work and kept me constantly informed as they progressed. They worked hard and the result is a roof that I feel safe with and the insulation has warmed the room considerably. An all round good experience and one I would recommend to anyone. Compared to other companies were able to come out and quote much quicker and got started on the job within a few days of agreeing to a quote. Soffits and fascias were done in barely more than a day to a beautiful standard. They also spotted several defects in my roof and came back to sort these only a few days later. Very reasonable price and good honest opinions.

Did a grand job of our flat roof, came when they said, would highly reccomend, and all guaranteed.
