No complaints. We had a leak on the roof and they were able to attend for quote and work when agreed & worked well for us. Work carried out swiftly in a timely fashion. Quote was fair and no change in price. Would consider again for further work.

Mr Hartley got in touch with me almost immediately after contacted my builder even though it was a bank holiday! He went round very quickly and gave us a very competitive quote. He then carried out the work within a week of us hiring him. The work was done to a good standard and when approach to slightly change one aspect of the work he agreed and went back to the property to carry out the work straight away. We are very pleased with the work carried out! Thank you Mr Hartley for a great job done!

Job start was delayed due to pre-job assessment fascia depth size not being passed on and upon arrival, the fascias were too small. Lost four hours on the first day and a second day was required. Cigarette butt's were discarded on the back garden. On the second day, the appointment was an hour late and then I was waiting another two hours after being told another job quote elsewhere was required. I had to call the company and the job, compounded by bad weather, was cancelled. Today (06 June 2022), I was called to advise me the guys doing the job would be around an hour late so I was pleased that I was informed. The job has now been completed and the quality is excellent. The fascia, soffit and guttering looks brilliant. The workmanship and the price paid is real value which outways the customer care points mentioned above.
