Mr Hartley was very prompt to contact me regarding the job posted for my Dad . He arrived the next day at the time agreed and had already spoken with him regarding the work required, by the time I arrived . As promised, we received a written quote of what we had discussed later the same day. The job was scheduled for the following weekend. Mr Hartley’s two guys arrived on time and proceeded to complete the replacement of the porch roof quickly and efficiently. Afterwards they left everything clean and tidy. In fact they made such a good job, that a neighbour asked them to call and quote for work for him. Dad very pleased with his new roof. Would happily use Mr Hartley again

Brilliant job - from quote to completion Will and his team were a delight to work with. Reliable, tidy, honest. The team volunteered photos of work, and when they found an issue with the chimneys, did all the right things and got the job done for a very reasonable additional price. I can’t recommend Will and his team highly enough!!

We invited William to tender for this emergency work. He came with Keith the next day and we received a quote within 48 hours. Work was started the following morning and was completed the next day. Whilst under the roof, Keith found additional works for eg. wood rot which our survey had cited and an additional purlin which also needed strengthening were discovered! They explained what they were doing and our house was left clean and tidy. We have other works to be done which we will ask this company to handle for us in the near future.

They have been very patient explaining the situation throughout the work procedure and attentive for their work. Glad to see them get the problem fixed!

Hartley responded very quickly. They came round promptly to survey the problem and started the work within a couple of days. Once they were on my roof they spotted a number of additional problems. I decided to address these problems even though it bumped the price up. Hartley sent me photos of the problem areas and then of the work completed. They seem to of done a neat job. They also left my garden without making a mess - it's almost as if they'd never been here. Well it's been raining for the past couple of hours and there has not been any leaks so they must of done a good job.

New flat roof installed over a brick garage attached to the house. Wet weather caused some delays but William kept me fully informed. Being very pleased with the finished work, I accepted a further quote to upgrade the flat roofs over two bay windows Removing a deep layer of old bitumen was not easy. The work continued over the week-end to make up for lost time. Good workmanship, cost as per quote, all debris removed. Based on my experience, I can recommend this company.
