From my first meeting with Oz, I was impressed with his professionalism. Out of the 4 people that came to quote for the replacement of my flat roof, his attention to detail stood out. He is a very easy person to deal with and patiently answered all the questions/concerns that I had about the job, providing advice where needed particularly concerning my guttering. He and Andy turned up on the agreed date and the job was completed within the anticipated timescale, very cleanly and with no disruption. I now have a nice new EPDM flat roof, with a 20 year guarantee. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would look to use them again when work is required on the rest of my roof.

From providing a quote through to completion, Oz was great. Bad weather moved the start date back a day but they arrived early the following day & completed the job on time. Despite more work being needed than originally thought, the price of the job didn’t change. We now have a roof that doesn’t leak! Would definitely recommend.

Mark did an excellent job from start to finish. He responded to our enquiry with a prompt visit and quote and had a positive, helpful and friendly manner. The work was carried out efficiently, in the time scale predicted and everywhere was left clean and tidy. We strongly recommend him and would have no hesitation calling him in the future if needed for other jobs.

I was really happy when mark picked up my SOS as i was really worried about the leak particularly with all the bad weather. He came over and did a thorough assessment and his quote was very reasonable. It was not a relatively big job and he was very honest in assessment and price. Once the job was done he phoned to make sure all was well and was happy to come back if the work was not satisfactory or i had further problems. There is always a worry when getting someone to do work for you and we all like to have a recommendation to go on. I can now recommend Oz and say i would be happy to use his services in the future. It was lovely to meet him and he does a great job !

Mark came out to view my damp wall problem and was extremely helpful and offered good advice. He advised that it was not actually a roofing issue, but one which would require a more specialist builder to repair the external wall. So Mark left and gave me contact details of a builder who might be able to help. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark.

I hadn't used Minotaur before but was immediately impressed by their speedy response and their thorough inspection of the problem with my roof. The quote was reasonable and the job was completed in good tome. Friendly and professional attitude throughout. I can't recommend them too highly.

Work done quickly and efficiently. Pleasant and accommodating manner. Overall very pleased and I would certainly employ them again.

Came to my house for a free quote, gave honest review, did not try to make quick money out of us. Would recommend👍

Thanks Oz Good job well done It's a relief to have it sorted out. It's raining again now, so I will go and admire the downpipe and hear the water butt filling.
