Efficient, professional, reliable, done in a timely manner, tidied as he went, great communication and really happy with the results.

The job was largely completed as expected but sadly not fully and left some to be desired. There were some reliability and communication issues. On the first day the job was postponed due to car troubles, the job took more time than initially discussed, there was a delay mid job due to a previously undisclosed sub contractor, and then a substantial delay that continues - to date the work is incomplete.

Excellent 👌 job just completed. First class customer service and got the done and really pleased with the results. Reliable and 1st class service. 👏 🏅

New door opening and blocking up of old wall. Danny was professional and had good communication throughout the job. He resolved an issue within good time (plasterer availability). However, the finish of the plaster is somewhat of a poor standard with a number of issues noted. Plastering in of the light switch, wall out of plumb. Unfortunately these have not been noticed till further work has been taken out.

Vale Garden Rooms agreed a date to assess the job but didn't arrive. I contacted them and left messages but no response.

Fab work from Danny. Loved his approach and commitment to getting the job done given some of the challenges set by our unique house. Would highly recommend. 👏👏

Room knock through. Danny and his team were amazing nothing was too much trouble, they were respectful and tidy. Another good point we were kept in touch about everything.

We have booked, Vale Garden Rooms, for 14 day time, would have been sooner, but, I’m away at Mercedes Benz, Düsseldorf.

Daniel did a great job on putting a new doorway into our garage. Very prompt and independent and could be trusted to just get on with things as and when he needed!
