Paul and his team are professional in their approach. Naturally, with any building problems things do not always go to plan, but Paul ensured that all of the works were completed to a very high standard, and, if I was n't happy with something it was rectified almost immediately. Would happily recommend Paul and his team to anyone, he is a genuine, top bloke who goes out of his way to ensure his clients are happy

Can't recommend Paul from Building & Joinery Northwest enough. Replied quickly to come and survey the work and give us a quote. Kept in great contact about visits, carrying work out and completed work within the week. Work competed professionally, in a relaxed manner as he knew with confidence what he was doing and left working areas tidy. Paul is polite, friendly and I would not hesitate in contacting him again if we have any further work in the future. Thanks for your support and advice about the guttering too, just shows how you go above and beyond to look after your customers.

Extremely pleased with Paul(urban builders)he is totally professional and committed to doing the best for his customers. There was one glitch with his plumber but he has sorted it. Very happy with my large kitchen/family room.

We needed new stairs and handrail also some plastering we contacted Paul from Roofing and Joinery Ltd who called the next day the stairs and handrail were fitted within two weeks and the plastering a couple of weeks later we are really pleased with the work that was done the stairs are lovely Paul and his colleagues were very professional and polite if we needed any more work doing we would contact Paul again.Excellent work.

Really please with the job that Paul and his team did. The roof, gutters & downpipes look great. Considering that there was over 100 years worth of accumulated filth stored up there, they did a great job cleaning up as they went. Great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend to others.
