So, Paul finished our extension in March. But the year of covid and no time meant i didnt review until now. Still,that gave us time to live in it and see how it stood up. very well no problems. I honestly believe that if there had have been, Paul would have sorted it. So back to the job, Paul came to us after another builder left us in the lurch last minute, we found him on here, and were very worried as he wasnt directly recommended/know to us.He quoted the job clearly, he started when he said he would,finished on time and there was always somebody on site when he said there would be. We discussed EVERY stage of the build as it went on, and im sure annoyed the hell out of him, but we got everything we expected from the build and even a few things we hadnt thought of suggested by paul.He assisted with building control and was in control throughout. his quality of work and that of everybody he employs is superb, Millimeter perfect in the case of one radiator we had to get in, The result we got is stunning and is always commented as such when we get visitors. we had a couple of very minor niggles post completion Which he came and rectified even though hed been paid in full. Would I use him again. Most definately. Would i recommend him, in a heartbeat. One word of warning, if you do get him to do a job, make sure you stock up, he never says no to a brew!!!!! Paul and his team provide an exceptional service. Very professional. Once I contacted Paul - he was quick to call around to quote and was able to complete the work quickly. The team who installed the gutters and fascias were friendly and left the outside clean and tidy. I highly recommend Roofing and Joinery NW.

Paul contacted me straight away and arranged to come to give us a quotation. He was always on time, kept in regular contact and was so friendly and easy to talk to. He explained what he would do and sent a quotation over email which was the same price we had been quoted by another tradesperson. He was unable to do the job due to terrible weather but kept in touch and rearranged to come the following day. His team were all brilliant. They were so polite and organised. They got on with the job and within a couple of hours they had finished, removed all the rubbish and cleaned up. Paul came to check everything was done to an excellent standard. We were very pleased with the work we have had done and with Paul and the team. We would use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbours. My neighbour's end cap had fallen off and Paul popped his ladder up and put it back on. That was a kind act which shows Paul's manner and how we experienced his business. Excellent.

Good communication from the start, superb time keeping, informed us early on when work wasn’t possible due to weather but were extremely early on other days to ensure work got done and completed. Tidied all away. Finished results look great. Would definitely recommend.

Paul, Jimmy, Billy & Pete done a fantastic job at restructuring my roof (after a poor quality roofer started the job and made a ba**s of it), they came at short notice and worked hard to get it finished in the allotted time. Would highly recommend these guys, they go above and beyond to ensure full satisfaction of every job. Well done guys, keep up the good work....

Paul and the guys were fantastic. They contacted me very soon after the job was posted and gave me a competitive price. They were professional get me informed every step of the way give suggestions which we took on board and completed the work officially quickly and with no mess. Really happy with the finished job I will be using Paul again highly recommend him and his lads!
