Excellent service. Had an issue after the job was completed but Paul came and rectified the issue. Very friendly guys who did the original. Cannot fault the overall work completed.

They have done excellent job for us when we hired Roofing and joinery northwest Ltd a few months ago.I. forgot to give feed back at that time and now I am giving positive feedback and they gave me reasonable quotation and finished the pitched Roof job as promised by them..Paul as company's boss and his staffs were friendly and did great job right from the beginning till end..I will definitely recommend to other peoples about this company..

New roof, facias, guttering and chimney pointed. Professional job, and the lads cleaned as they went. Worked through the heat in what must have been difficult conditions. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company. A very happy customer.

Paul was really professional from the initial call till completing the job. I had a new flat rood put in by another roofer initially which ended up leaving a bigger leak. I called Paul who came to have a look at the job and explained all the things that were wrong with it. Since then he was in contact with me (through the Christmas period) and advised that instead of paying him I should go back to the old roofer and get it fixed. I ended dup going with Paul who ripped up the wold roof and put a new one in from scratch. Paul and Darren were both very professional and went out of their way (and covering the cost for additional material needed) to make sure that the job was 100% satisfactory. They even cleared all the rubbish and made it all look nice and clean. Paul comes as a breath of fresh air amongst traders focusing highly on customer satisfaction which is great to see in this industry.
