Solid group of guys. Came without issue when they said they would and contact prior to the job was spot on, answering any questions I had. Really pleased with the install and how everything went. Job done in good time and good care taken.

James and work mates have been helpful and fitted a cowl and cemented around the chimneypot if you need any help please use them

Couldn’t be happier. Brilliant communication, speedy install (even with the worst weather and a power cut) and professional throughout. Really happy with the stove installation that James and the fellas have done in the house. Would recommend 100%.

James's and his team were fantastic, mine wasn't so straightforward as I had sourced my own limestone surround from marketplace and it got chipped in my husbands van when he went to collect it the day before installation was due which threw a spanner in the works. I was at work the day they came and feeling disheartened about the chipped hearth but came home to it somehow looking like a brand new surround as they worked their magic and sanded it out I am beyond pleased with the finished job, its just what i asked for they really went the extra mile and the fire looks amazing. Would recommend this company 100%

James was great. Gave a good quote and start date. Did the work on time, cleaned up after himself. All good. Will have him back in the summer to do my other chimney. Thanks James
