Stay Very Well Clear and Do Not Handout Any Money Until Job is Completed as Agreed We posted a job and he said will come to price it up. When he came we asked him to give us a price for few more jobs. He said will charge £160 to do all jobs and materials be supplied by us. Which we happily accepted. Jobs included resolving a leak in the waste pipe because of an improper joint seal Resolve the issue of slow running water in all water outlets And finally change the shower door as it was fitted improperly and required turning it around. He said it will take less than a day and the cost will be £160 plus materials at our cost and cheaper if he was to finish it in less time Then he came to do the job at 9.30-am and 1.55-pm he wanted to go for the kids from school which was happily accepted, as he was going to leave he said he will leave the tools but then decided he will take the tools and think of a resolution with how to sort the problems and return next day. When he left he taken floplast air vents as well which he installed. He asked full money for the job which we said will pay at the end of the day as had no cash, he wanted cash only Next day he came and just put a flexi on the pipe and said had to go to another job. He asked for money again and as he installed 2 air vents we thought of paying him £100 and remainders on completion He has taken the money, taken the air vents too, never came back, left house without shower. Not answering phones & texts

Absolutely fabulous! A relatively simple job but Tom turned up as promised, completed the work swiftly and professionally, was extremely helpful and didn't overcharge. I will definitely be returning for any future plumbing jobs.

Can't praise Tom highly enough. Has done work for me before. Wouldn't use anyone else. Genuine honest guy.

Leaking toilet not leaking anymore! Speedy response to submission followed by a home visit and the problem source identified. Parts were ordered and as soon as they arrived at Tom’s supplier he was round swiftly to fit. Problem fixed. Great, friendly and helpful advice which would leave me with no hesitation in using TWR plumbing again.

Tom did a very good job of moving my radiator. The job was more complex than I had originally thought but he dealt with the problems and left me very happy with the end result.

Tom phoned swiftly and arrived at the time he stated. I found him very helpful and didn’t overcharge for a relatively quick and simple job. I will look to hire Tom again in the future for any further plumbing tasks.

Tim came on time when he said he would. Takes pride in his work. Not over priced and i asked him to do another job. Cannot recommend enough even when the job was a little more akward than we first thought.
