Tom responded quickly and came as arranged. He advised on the type of shower mixer we would need and offered to collect it. He completed replacing the shower mixer tap with minimum of mess, quickly and with care to ensure it was working correctly. Tom was very helpful

Prompt service with a smile. Tom visited to provide a quote (rather than by photograph) which was one of the main reasons I booked him as this gave me confidence that he was providing a realistic price. Work was completed as requested. He cleared up and left every thing spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Only posted the job yesterday (Saturday) and Tom and arrived the next day (Sunday) to sort the toilet issue. Very pleased with his prompt reply and explanation as to the solution via layman's terms. Job done. If I need a plumber in the future, hopefully Tom will be available.

We have recently had an electrical fault under the floor. It turned out that this was caused by a leak from the radiator system. However, identifying the exact location proved very difficult so I decided to have all the associated pipework downstairs replaced. It was as Tom was removing the old existing pipework that the leak location was discovered. Tom came at the time agreed and replaced all the agreed pipework, removing the old copper. Tom was professional, diligent and thorough and was reasonably priced. We wouldn't use any other plumber again.

Tom was both friendly and professional. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone . First class.
