Tom responded promptly to my job request, good communication, prompt time keeping. Quoted fairly for a job. I decided not to go ahead with the work at this time but wouldn't hesitate to contact Tom again for future planned work. Seems knowledgeable and very friendly approach.

Couldn’t recommend TWR plumming enough needed help and came with in a couple of days which is quick where I live, sorted the issue with in an hour I’ll be using TWR plumming again for sure 10/10

I would highly recommend this Plumber. He was on time and the work was to the highest standard. I'm a wheelchair user and I didn't have to do anything after he left.

Prompt, efficient & tidy

Tom was polite, friendly, sorted the (fiddly) job for me & tidied up after himself. I thought he was brilliant. Would happily recommend him & will use him again myself for any future plumbing issues.

Hello, Really pleased with the work Tom (TWR Plumbing) carried out; he was very polite, professional, helpful and competent in carrying out the work in a timely and efficient manner. We were so impressed by Toms work and manner, that we immediatly asked him to carry out some additional work involving our boiler and heating system. As we are not currently living at the property this meant leaving a key with Tom to access the building, we have complete trust in his honesty and integrety and he has kept us informed of the work via text and phone calls. We will definatly be using Tom again and would recommend him to anyone needing a good, competent and honest plumber. Thanks Tom for your most excellent work we really appreciate it. Great guy and trustworthy, came round priced up the jobs which was fair, and response time to do all jobs very satisfied with. A real easy person to deal with, no problems and definitely would hire again if needed.

Really professional, just got on with the job with little fuss, no dramas no huffing or puffing or the usual sound effects tradesman like to use when doing a job Couldn't be happier i would recommend him 100%
