    Cistern Flush Fault

    Nikolay is an absolutely fantastic guy. Explains clearly what he is going to do, and why. Clean and tidy in his work Great job. Would certainly use his services again.

    Started off a bit rocky I waited all day Friday with our being updated as to the delay. Howver, they arrived Saturday morning and did a fantastic job.

    Problem with hot water pipe under the floor

    Milen and his colleague tried to resolve the problem but it wasn’t as straightforward as was hoped so still have the noise. They were professional and left it clean and tidy. However Milen’s English is limited and that made discussing the issue and possible solutions very difficult and possibly why the problem remains.
