Was late to the job however completed the job in timely and professional manner. Would recommend and will be using again

Excellent job completed by Nikolay which turned out to be more complicated than originally thought. This was no issue though and Nikolay did a great job. Very personable and friendly. Did the whole thing at a very affordable price which im sure would have cost more had I gone elsewhere.

Nikolay and the team communicated really clearly about their interest in their job. They gave an initial estimate in writing. They agreed to visit to inspect the site for free. They lowered the estimate based on what they saw. They agreed to come at a weekend at my convenience. They carried out repairs quickly and cleanly. I have used this shower 4 or 5 times since, and the leak appears to be fixed, at least for now. They also agreed to do another job on site (trimming the bottom off a door which wasn't clearing the carpet) which was also quick and clean. In summary, they were excellent and I would consider using again.
