Gradeners arrived and were polite. Just got on woth the job. They take card payments. All in all very happy with the service.

Nikolay was brilliant. Shown up on time, was really professional and made me feel comfortable from the get go. Went through each job individually and gave his professional opinion which was fantastic. He fitted a roller blind and fixed our back gate. He needed some materials to fix a few other things so we can’t wait to re book and get our house finished. Thanks Nikolay 👏🏼☺️

Two Lions 11 Ltd turned up 3.5hours late, despite me paying a day rate of £250. The job was not completed at 5 pm that day, they stated they would have to return the next day. However, they demanded a further £250 labour charge for the subsequent day. Reni in the Office stated “your garden may not be level, but we tried our best and you must pay us now.” I paid £400 to have the job completed to a professional standard, by a professional company (as I thought). However, Two Lions 11 Ltd are completely unprofessional. I am a single woman living alone, yet they left 3 of their male employees standing outside my house for 90 minutes, staring at me, in a bid to intimidate me - despite receiving the payment (that I only made because I was so scared because the work had still not been completed). When I asked to speak to the boss throughout the day, I was told he was unavailable. Nikolay (the Boss) then arrived at my front door at 5.30 pm shouting the odds and claiming to have not received any payment (this was a blatant lie) - embarrassing me in front of my Neighbours. Nikolay was extremely confrontational, issuing various menacing threats. My garden is a complete mess, I am £400 out of pocket. I do not have the money to pay someone else £250 to do the job that Two Lions 11 Ltd were supposed to complete. Not only have they left me in a right mess, they also exacerbated pre-existing health conditions, resulting in me taking time off work due to all this stress, causing me to be ill.

Phoned day before to let me know when they would be arriving and then phoned on the day as they were able to come earlier. Job was done really well and garden looked so much better afterwards. Would definitely hire them again.

The guys arrived on time and did a really good job in our garden, fulfilled all of our requests and gave us good advice as we are quite new to gardening. Very efficient and left the place looking neat and tidy afterwards. Excellent communication with the office, they always replied promptly to all my queries and requests. Part of the agreed service could not be completed on the same day (not their fault, simply because we needed to wait for the new lawn to settle before carrying on with the works), but they promptly offered to come back in a couple weeks time to assess the lawn growth and continue the services. Highly recommended!
