Billy and his colleague did a great job on our bathroom floor, I’m really pleased with it. The price was very reasonable and communication good. I’ve asked Billy to quote for another job and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Billy was communicating well from the start and managed to fit us in when we needed the floor fitting and did a good job. Recommend to anyone needing hard floor fitting.

On 24th March 2023 Billy started flooring in my 4 Bed house . In between the works he raised a point there if we use DPM it helps both the rooms protected and raised the material cost saying that he will be in need of half a pallet of latex and 1 extra day of work. However he just did the second coat of latex in one room and in the second room nothing was done. Still on the final day I paid the whole money agreed while he was removing the waste. Silly me I paid the money and he left saying he will come the next day to remove the rubbish and a couple of weeks after that to do the snag list. When I chased him multiple time for rubbish removal , turned up on 17th April and did nothing . After several followup he came and just removed it but did not fix the snags.In between he claimed some personal emergency which I can understand but again I chased him and he gave couple of appointments and forgot and one more appointment he cancelled. In between he claimed some health issue (which I empathised). He now removed the tiles in kitchen and did little latexing for the hole and again didn't turnup for past month. I called him so many times but I am really frustrated but kept my cool and asked him to clear of the snag list first and he stopped responding at all. He is taking up other jobs since he said he is off work due to health as I see feed back here. No hope left he will complete the snags. I strongly say don't go for this guy as he is really unprofessional and non responsive.

Billy and Warren were very polite, friendly, efficient and professional. Their work ethic is second to none and the quality of their work is fantastic. We couldn’t be more pleased with the fitting of the herringbone floor. We would definitely recommend Tuscany flooring and will be using them again if we require further flooring work. A top class service from start to finish.

we are very happy with Tuscany Flooring from start to finish the young lad who came out to measure up was very polite and know what i wanted by just listening to me. we had not moved into our new house when they fitted our flooring down but i felt i could trust them to just get on and do the job without me there and they left the house nice and tidy after they left. i would recommend this compony and will use them again in the future

Excellent bit of work, had to overcome some inconsistency’s in the original laying of the herringbone bone pattern but the patching up is invisible.

Billy arrived when he said he was going too, gave good advice and did a great job of the flooring in our lounge. I would recommend him.
