Unfortunately we didn’t receive confirmation for the dates required or a deposit which secures the dates aswell as the material, we did message numerous times asking if you required the job completing still but with no response we assumed not. We then received a message at 10pm the night before the dates you required asking if we were still coming but unfortunately we were fully booked elsewhere by this point so couldn’t complete the job on your required date, please do get in contact if you require anything else.

Paula this feedback could not be further from the truth, we initially quoted for a straight forward job that would be completed in an afternoon, upon arrival we discovered the carpet that you had supplied was all remnant pieces meaning everything had to be done individually and even the hallway needing a join as it was short, we then have had to do the stairs in individual pieces rather then one piece as the carpet was damaged and small in places and if not the carpet would have been running in different directions! You also didn’t have enough gripper or underlay so we supplied extra at no cost to you! The so-called short carpet is due to the bottom step coming away from the rest of the staircase when trod on to which I said on my last visit that I can replace when the step is secure and doesn’t move with every step taken on it
