Chris was polite and efficient and took time to discuss the job with us.

Although only small jobs needed doing, Darren from Staydry was friendly, prompt and got the jobs done efficiently for a reasonable price. He actually saved us some money as unlike other companies he did not quote for work that did not need doing! Really pleased with the service I received and would definitely call them again for any bigger roofwork.

Chris got in touch with me the day I posted the ad on mybuilder, and came round and gave me a quote the next morning (a Sunday!). We spent a few days emailing back and forth, sorting out details, until we had a coherent plan. I then told Chris to go ahead with the work whenever he was ready, and again he started the next day, with his son George. He moved very quickly and was consistently efficient. He would answer texts and emails promptly, and would always update us with what he'd done and what he was going to do. He was also very laid-back with the scaffolding -- we needed it to stay up for a few more days after he'd finished so we could get some other jobs done, and this was no problem for him at all. All in all it was great service, and his quote was also about 60 percent of another quote we got for the same work! Thanks Chris and George!

Chris and his colleague provided an excellent service. The quote on the phone was the actual amount charged and they completed the work on the same day. They cleaned up after themselves and have advice on other items other than the repair that they carried out. Also offered to come back free of charge if there were any issues with the repair. Highly recommended!

Chris and Chris and their boys did a great job of repairing just the back section of our roof, including damaged joists. After many delays due to weather the job took two days in total and Chris was great at communicating on a regular basis in terms of what was happening and when they might arrive. They worked all the way through their lunch on both days, cleaned up after themselves, were polite and courteous. As others have stated previously, Chris' generous nature meant that he repaired a gap in the broken flashing's on the neighbours roof ( that would have been impacting our wall since there would most likely been water penetration) and he included the installation of cowls to our chimney pots ( we paid for the cowls only) all of which went beyond the original quote and he didn't charge us any extra. Younger Chris was really professional and Chris himself is down to earth and no nonsense. Both really great to deal with. We were happy with the job, only additional comment is we would have liked to have had a chance to review before they took the ladders down and packed up.
