Sean was very friendly, good communication quote was reasonable price and spoke to me effectively when I was needed him

We are very happy with the work Sean did on our house. He completed a loft conversion, rear first floor extension and kitchen refurbishment, amongst other things for us. Sean was happy to talk to us every morning or on the phone about what work was happening and kept in touch with us very frequently. He worked with us really well, and it felt like he knew what we were trying to do with the house. He made suggestions of how to improve things and ideas, which was great, and always with a view to keeping the costs in budget. Really friendly guy and team, and we are happily recommending him to friends and would use him again.

Sean and his team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Sean showed great workmanship and finished the work to a high standard and always kept us up to date with progress throughout the project. We wanted extra things done whilst Sean was with us and he was more than happy to provide his services within a reasonable price. Sean was one of a number of people I got round to quote for a Dorma loft conversion on mid terrace house. He came in at a very competitive price. So that along with the fact he came across as a genuine nice guy I chose him. All I can say my gut was right and he turned out the best builder I have used to date. He worked from the roof initially, so didn’t need to come in the house until the stairs went in ( minimal mess). He took control, yet liaised with me at exactly the right times. He came up with solutions to obstacles and met with building control whilst I continued working. In fact he made it a really stressless experience and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I would definitely recommend over some of the larger loft companies for time, pride in work and great sense of humour. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I 100% recommend sean. He is the most proffessional builder that i have come across in a long time. He has fantastic project management skills. Sean boarded my loft and the work he done exceeded my expectations. He had great ideas and worked quickly and left the place spotless. I never met sean before he done the work but he is trustworthy, helpful and professional. I highly recommend him. He has a great work ethic.

I can't speak highly enough of Sean. The loft was completed within agreed timescale and to a very high standard. Sean happily undertook additional projects such as a new fence and renovating my bathroom. He always gave sound advice on the best way forward should there be an issue. I will be consulting Sean on future projects and would readily recommend him.

Sean was prompt and chose great materials , was polite , clean and I felt did an excellent job. I would not hesitate using him again.
