Really happy with the service. Tom came out and gave us a quote which was very reasonable. The team came two days later to complete the job to a high standard. Professional and friendly throughout. Even called a few days after to check everything was okay. Cheers!

Tom and T&N Home Improvements were great from start to finish. I asked for a price for a replacement garage roof and they were happy to beat another quote I had. Work was done on time and to a high standard. The old roof was taken away and they cleaned up afterwards. Tom visited the morning after installation to ensure I was happy with the work (as I was at work when the roof was installed). Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Outstanding job. Reviewed the job in person and was able to come back later that morning to complete the work. The work involved and the quoted price was reasonable, subsequently returned on time and wasted no time making the repairs. Also identified an issue with a loose slate which they resolved in the process as well as checking the conditions of the other gutters. Can't fault their speed and professionalism.

The guttering was fitted very badly. The leading on the roof was lifted and not out back and the bedroom was flooded. I made repeated attempts to contact the company to inform them and left numerous messages but no one got back to me. Although the work cost me £550, I had to pay another company £600 to put the job right. The work was disgraceful and I urge everyone to avoid this company. If it wasn't for covid being around I would have sued for compensation in the small claims court.

Tom was quick to come out and give me a quote. As we were working around other tradesmen at home, Tom was really flexible and went above and beyond to make sure the job got done. Team really friendly and efficient. Great job, good price, would recommend.

Overall excellent service. Tom was very efficient, reliable and polite and fixed our gutter immediately. Very highly recommended and would not hesitate to use him again if needed.

I needed some roof work doing - repointing some ridge mortar and replacing a few tiles - basic maintenance. One guy had come out and said we needed a complete re-roof - notwithstanding that we had had a surveyors report from a few months ago saying the roof was basically sound. Tom from TNS came out - did an assessment of the work, gave a quote, promised to come back the following week to do the work and did exactly that. The ridges now look great and fingers crossed that’s it for a while. Tom is a likeable guy, straight down the line and did what he said he would do. We’ve no complaints at all. If we did need a reroof at some point I’m sure I would ask him to quote.
