Paul was very quick and efficient carrying out flashing repairs to our flat roof. reasonable rates and good standard of work, excellent communication, recommended.

At 10:00 our neighbour came round and said our cowl was hanging off the chimney. I found Paul on Mybuilder.com and Googled him and phoned him at 10:49. He phoned back at 11:00 and offered to look at the job on his way back from Stowmarket, which he did around 12:00. He phoned to make sure the part was available, went off to get it, returned and by 2:00 we had a new cowl. Now that's what I call service! And his charges were as low as they could possibly be.

No leaks so that is great . Need to discuss the painting of the flat roof ?

The job turned out to be slightly more complicated that I had anticipated but Paul found a solution which worked very well at a sensible price. Would defiantly use Paul again.

Paul quoted me a very reasonable price for renewing and insulating my flat roof extension. He came when he said he would, did the job as he said he would and was flexible in his choice of materials, using a thinner, more efficient insulation than originally proposed so that the roof level was not raised too far. He took pride in his work. Knowing how leaky flat roofs can be, I had concerns about one element of his work but he assured me it would not leak and provided me with a written 10 year guarantee.
