Tom was totally reliable honest & professional. He did a very good job at a very good price & i would not hesitate to recommend him & to use him again.

We hired Tom to repair our garden wall which had been neglected over the years and badly damaged from several large buddleia's. Toms flexibility to give the initial quote was excellent, coming round on a Saturday morning, and giving the quote there and then. His communication and punctuality on doing the work was excellent and we are very pleased with the final result on the wall. We would certainly recommend Tom, and in fact we will be booking Tom to return to our property to repair other Garden walls. In short - Highly Recommended.

Tom did a very good job on the boundary stone wall, and was very approachable and willing to discuss any of the work required. He was also able to repair the porch roof and guttering on the side of the house.

Tom responded promptly to my invitation and came out the next day -- a Sunday -- to give me a quote for masonry repairs to the bay window of my first-floor flat. He was punctual and I received a quote the following day. I decided to engage Tom and we agreed a start date. Day one, the weather was appalling but Tom and his banker mason worked through it, fixing a new stone mullion in place. Over the course of the next week or so, Tom -- now working alone -- prepped (no easy task) then painted the masonry surrounding the all the windows and front door of the property (the owners of the ground-floor flat having decided they would have him work on theirs at the same time). The house now looks so much better thanks to his hard work. Communication was great at all times, as was Tom's work ethic. I would have no hesitation in recommending TJ Building Services.

TJ building services. Tom arrived promptly to look at the job, gave a clear explanation of what he thought he needed to do and sent a quote within a couple of days. Once that was accepted by me, a time and date was arranged quickly. He kept me informed when he thought there might be a delay (due to bad weather), although he was in fact able to complete the job on the agreed day. The job was done to a good/high standard and payment was easily done on line. I really appreciate the good communication and promptness of delivery. happy to recommend . Thanks
