Ben did a very good job at our house. Not just the main damp course downstairs, but also the little additional jobs he did for us, such as redoing the some of the pointing, ventilating the flue in one of our chimneys as well reworking some of the chimney stack. All in all Ben ensured that our house is damp proof in multiple aspects. On a personal level Ben was very friendly and accommodating, he completed all his jobs within the timeframe he gave us at the start of the project.

Ben was professional from the quotation stage right through to completion. We had a damp problem in the kitchen which needed a chemical damp-course to stop any rising damp plus a tanking membrane. He was very clean and tidy, was on time, and it was a pleasure working with him. Nothing was too much trouble and he goes that "extra mile" which seems to be missing from most tradesman these days. He even sorted out the query our insurers had with our initial claim. He truly cares about his job and this reflects in his workmanship and his customer service. Ben came along and gave a comprehensive quotation, even coming back a second time to talk through tweaks and concerns. The quotation was competitive and included a range of works to be carried out: damp-proofing, chimney flaunching, reskimming of ceilings as well as other smaller jobs.
