Ben and his Team were fantastic, turned up when they said, grafted very hard, tidied up as they went and were a great set of lads. Ben explained everything to me as they went along showing me the work they had carried out. I am extremely happy with the work they did and have already recommended them on. Thanks lads.

I can't recommend Ben highly enough from getting a quote to completion of the job his communication and punctuality was first class and he explained the process. Did a excellent job damp proofing a wall in our living room once we decorate you wouldn't know he'd been . Can't recommend him highly enough many thanks

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Job was never going to be easy and Ben went out of his way to make it as cost efficient as possible despite some set backs. Talked me through the problems at length and was really proactive in resolving them. Got me a good price on scaffolding at incredibly short notice and chucked in a few extra repairs whilst he was up doing the guttering. Really impressed, good positive attitude, couldn’t recommend higher! A++

Ben and his colleague (also called Ben!), were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Right from first contact on My Builder, Ben was on the ball, and ready with kind, friendly, professional advice. The standard of work is extremely high, the job was competitively priced for the amount of work undertaken, and they were clean and tidy workers. I felt really comfortable knowing I could trust them in my home. The aftercare service was second to none, and Ben was fantastic at answering my follow up questions. Ben really does have an excellent standard of professionalism, and genuinely cares about his clients and the work undertaken. Ben was fantastic. He popped round to do a quote on a Saturday which was greatly appreciated. Explained everything to me about what was needed. Guttering was installed on a day with torrential rain. Soaked was an understatement!! He could've cancelled but came as promised. Damp proofing was completed once the weather had sorted itself out. Ben and his assistant Ben were lovely guys. Would recommend and absolutely hire again in a heart beat.

Ben was great. Really pragmatic and honest approach to our job. He looked at what was the most likely cause of the damp problem and suggested some easy fixes to try and completed the job within a week. He suggested coming back in a few months to see if the damp has reduced, before heading down the route of a drastic and expensive solution. Others we saw automatically jumped to scare tactics and were recommending having our entire bottom floor injected and replastered which was totally unnecessary!
