    Bathroom floor tiling, Olbury
    Paul and his apprentice have done a fantastic job tiling our bathroom floor. We had hexagon tiles which were a little awkward to work with but the finished job looks great!

    Tile hallway
    Paul promised to come and do a tiling job for me twice. He cancelled the first time as he said he had double booked and let me down the second time only letting me know the day before due to me messaging to ask what time he was starting. He said he would get back to me with another date but after sending me a list of dates and me choosing one he didn't get back to me.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi Gemma this is not 100% truthful or factual at all I’ve kept in contact with you all the way through via phone calls and text messages firstly I’ve booked you in for the 27th of July and you got confused thinking it was the 20th of July I had all the text message evidence and email evidence which I screenshot it and sent over to you also you called me on Saturday The 26th of July as I was going to call you and I explained that unfortunately due to plaster is having lack of available material on the project I was currently working on that set me behind schedule I then explain to you that I would need to change the dates and you wasn’t happy about that and spoke to me in a derogatory downgrading manner even after you spoke to me in that way I still kept in contact with you but you was texting me every single day Since the Saturday that we spoke and I was responding and letting you know the dates I could attend I now feel as you are coming across like a very impatient person and willing to speak to me in a derogatory downgrading Manor I no longer wish to attend your property and work for you unless I receive an apology if you are not willing to apologise to me then please feel free to find another Tiler!

    Tile Kitchen and W/C floors in a new build property
    Really happy, our bathroom and kitchen both now look the business. Credit to Paul for his communication, suggestions and honesty and thanks to Chris for the work that has been carried out. Would 100% use Tile with Style again for future projects and would recommend to anyone else looking for a tiler.

    Porch tiling
    Paul, recently tiled my porch and wet room ,he came on time and done an excellent job, and cleaned up, this gentleman definitely knows what he’s talking about, he has great ideas, and good at giving advice , definitely have him again and recommend him to anyone, definitely a master in his trade ..

    Re-tile conservatory floor
    Wow. Fantastic job on my conservatory. Paul had some issues with the tiles that we brought from B&Q after fitting a row he found that the next box was all different sizes which we did not know when buying them. He did no more but stopped laying them and took up the tiles he laid. Paul then went out of his way and took myself and my wife to a tile shop and helped us choose a tile that would have no imperfections and we purchased them. The next day he laid the new tiles where he had no issues and was able to finish the job. Paul is very meticulous in his work and I would say proud of every job he completes he is also a very polite person. Would I use Paul again without a doubt and I would recommend him to family and friends. Thank you Paul for making our conservatory looking fantastic.

    Porcelain Tiles 900 cm in length needs correct cutter
    From the moment we met Paul we were impressed with his professional and genuinely friendly approach. Following the building of an extension we were looking to install a showpiece en-suite bathroom including a walk in fully tiled shower area. We had already purchased our tiles from Porcelanosa and had been surprised that a number of tilers had said the job was too complex and that they didn't have the right equipment to deal with our large tiles. Paul was brilliant from the start and his attention to every detail was fantastic. He also gave us some great tips and ideas. He really treated our project as if it was his own. We now have a beautiful en-suite and I cannot recommend Paul and Tile with Style enough. Brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommended.

    Lay tiles in entrance / utility area
    Paul was approachable ,professional and honest right from the start. There was a delay between acceptance of job and its completion but was due to COVID-19. Paul sets high standards , explains the job and the reason for the staged work. He communicated well throughout and I will recommend and use Paul again in the future. Paul and his workmanship exceeded my expectationd

    Tiling for Hearth
    Job finished really well exactly what I wanted very high quality finish. Lovely guy and couldn’t do enough to help! Would highly recommended and will definitely use again in the future! Thanks again :)
